OUR PROCESS
1. First meet at office
We always request our client to visit our office and have an detailed discussion to understand their overall requirements.
2. Assessing
After narrowing down their requirements, we ask the clients if they have any ballpark number, above which they don't want to spend.

a. If the client gives us a rough and a realistic number(budget) and if it approximately meets the requirements discussed, we shall provide them with the rough quote. And if the number doesn't meet the basic budget needed, we shall ask them(clients) to reduce on a few units that they can compromise or we can suggest them a few cheaper alternatives.
b. If the client doesn't have a set budget, we shall provide them rough quote containing their basic requirements to start with. So once the basic requirements fit in their budget we shall discuss the aesthetics part, if any needed.

NOTE: The reason we have the above 2 steps is to make sure the rough quote covers the basic client requirements and hence our final quote doesn't have much deviation unless the client adds any new scope of work.
3. Project confirmation
Once the client approves our quote, they can confirm the project with us by making a non-refundable advance payment and this is deductible from the 1st payment of the execution phase.
4. What next?
The very next step we follow is visit the site with the client and discuss and revisit all the points that were discussed in our office meetings and note onsite challenges, if any.
5. Additional assistance
Depending upon the stage of site we are getting involved into the project, we shall provide our assistance in tiles selection, electrical point marking and any civil work if needed.
6. 3D walkthrough and Material selection
Based on onsite discussion and requirements we shall design the 3d model along with furniture blocks and all the unit structures. we do not work with set templates and we design from scratch exclusively for each client.
Once 3d model is ready, the client can visit the office and we shall show them a complete walkthrough and also suggest themes and combinations for material selection.
7. Design approval and Execution commencement
We shall provide complete rendered images of the entire 3d model showing furniture and all the units. And once the client approves of the 3D, the final quote is done and schedule of payments is provided.
8. Trust
One thing which the client can trust on us, is that they can be sure of the budget of the project not exceeding the final quote and sop provided by us.
8. Site handover
The client can be rest assured that all the quality checks are done during handover stage.
